  • Cost of Return: Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Return Label: If applicable, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund if we provide it.
  • Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
